Photos Galore!!!

Hello everyone, its been a long while since i posted here. Time has passed extremely fast and now its already the 3rd week into the 2nd semester. Holidays went by in a flash mainly because we were so occupied. Went to melbourne in the 2nd week of the mid sem break. Initially, it was suppose to be just carene, sam and i but 3 days into the holiday we had surprise visitors! Foong, kingyau and kerk decided to join us in the lasttttttt min. literally, tuesday book ticket friday fly. Crazy! But it was fun having them there to share our holiday joy! We drove down to mornington peninsula, about 1 hr drive from melbourne city. Nice quiet area with small pockets of wineries. The holiday passed really fast as well, a few more days of shopping and sightseeing and we were on our way home. The 3 of them continued their journey to Sydney. Glad we could catch up with Kelvin, Junyi and Sarah when we were there as well.

Spent the rest of the holidays packing our shopping and preparing to start school again. Jessie, Darren and Limin came over on the 1st of Aug to give me a birthday surprise. They were hiding behind a wall in my house when Carene told me that the lights had blew. Innocently, i went to try and switch on the lights and the 3 of them pounced on me. Cant remember the last time i had such a shock and luckily i had put on my boxers and not only with my towel wrapped around for i would have surely dropped it. We had pizza and cake for the night and slept around 5am, playing mahjong and watching tv.

The next morning we work up at 8am to start our journey to New Norcia, a small monastry town 2 north of Perth. Armed with 3 hours of sleep, we set forth to visit some monks... tell me bo liao anot??? IRONICALLY, We did not see a single %^&*%$ MONK.

We reach the town just in time for the start of the tour. The tour brought us around ALL the buildings in the town. ALL because there was only like 8 buildings. We visited their chapel, school and more chapels i think. Left the place after lunch to head back to perth as carene had an evening class at uni.

This semester, work load is much lesser than last sem, only 1 major assignment per unit. Its all due in October, so its gonna be a mad october for the psych students.

Soccer season is ending soon. The team didnt do very well this year, hovering around 8th position, out of 12 mind you. But EPL is starting again, so exiciting with man u's new signings ready to rock the other teams. Continued my soccer referring this semester. The guy made me an offer i cant refuse, 65 bucks for about 2 hours work, once a week, why not man??

Jessie, darren, limin and i planned our time table together so we have thursdays free. And not forgetting carene, whose free everyday less wednesday. We plan to have something on every thursday as this sem is jessie and darren's last sem. We would be visiting the mueseum tmr, apparently they have some Eygptian displayed from France's LOURVE. So we decided to pay it a visit. After that, we would head over to my place to watch the NDP live streaming on the computer. Hopefully it will work!!

We are also planning a road trip up north during our 1 week break in september. Thinking of renting a caraven. Seems quite fun, got flat screen tv and PS2. ahhaha. BUT, driving up north is like singapore driving to thailand. CRAZY distance, but seems like we are doing it.

Last day of exams is 17th of nov, most likely we would be heading back to sg around that time plus minus few days. Cant wait to go back home, just now felt abit home sick.
